Looks interesting, haven't watched it all yet

In the early 60's I was a stoodent at Univ. of Maryland, College Park, and as heading north on US1 outta Wash DC, on the left used to be very prominently displayed on a large building 'Glen L. Martin, School of Aeronautics' from the Martin Aircraft daze, out of Cleveland Ohio, as I recall......

and the students talked of smoke testing, and one of the companies involved was Chrysler, doing aero tests on their concept cars.....I was in B screwal, but wanted to be in the cool school.....oh well.......:clobbered:

cool stuff, but why isn't the smoke-guy's hair moving? :chinese:

Most likely an open jet wind tunnel. Great for some things and taking photos.

This one is enclosed in a room, but some aren't.

You can stand relatively close to the jet.
