C3 car/early C4 booster/C5 m/c

84 is the only one I know that came w a steel booster, for certain 86, 87, 90, 91 and 93 came with plastic so I assume they all did.

Another idea for a C5 master with manual brakes. You could pull a stud out of an old clutch master like a C1 one and thread it for an adjustable sleeve so you can hook it up to your brake pedal. then fab a doubler plate for the back of the MC with a small hole in the middle. You can then slip the cut pushrod in, slip over the doubler and the thing will never fall off again, hook it up the the pedal and presto.... or buy a MC with a threaded stud on there, like AP, Wilwood & Brembo offer
 
Hell ... Just punch holes in the floor board and use your feet like fred flintstone did, then you can eliminate calipers,rotors,brake booster and all. Gotta be some serious weight savings there. Probably not safe though :chinese::chinese:
