What do you think this 69 Corvette project will go for? Looks like the dirty work is done already but years (or decades) of assembly. My guess, $12K.

Well the intake and carbs seem to run about $3k, so you might be right. It would sell faster if he hadn't disassembled it.

I just bought a frame off failed project car and hope to sell the titled 79 body (for $700) and a bunch of new/used parts. Southern car, keeping the frame and what doesn't sell.

I get tired just looking at the work required.
Just glad that I am at a point where my signature on a check is only required now.
Restoration is no longer part of my vocabulary. Arthritis has supplanted it.

Tearing it all apart and selling it in pieces probably cost him well over $10k.

I hear that. Been looking for options (other than the stock market) with no luck. I was using the crash of 2008 as the model (for crash resistant investments) but found nothing.

Guy probably sold that 69 at the perfect time.
