Pretty well, not much hype or speculation. Amazing that only 1 person was killed, in addition to the suicide pilot. All the national news outlets are covering it.

I do not necessarily agree with his methods but I totally agree with his position.
The US Government is as corrupt and fucked up as can be. Ask anyone who has ever been audited and found to be non-compliant.

If I told you the complete story of the last 12 years, you wouldn't believe me anyway....the Fed.gov is as corrupt and the local .gov totally incompetent as can be.....
the shituation is SO bad, I feel that even IF we tossed all the bastards out of office tmrw. it would not make any difference.....
the progressives have taken over this .gov lock stock and barrel....

I worked for the gov overseas from 1978 until Dec 2005...then I stepped out and moved back to the US....stories stories and stories...was it a good living...Yes...was it always on the up and up...no. Nuff said...except that if we as a nation do not operate as we do, we will have problems. Some things in gov do not need to be discussed to the general population. Some here will refute my opinion/view to the 9th degree. That's fine with me...try living in some other country besides the US and you may see my view.

I spent 53 years in the DC area, I know how it is overseas...enough stories from too many folks, I believe....
but it's a shame this whole country is going the same way, that's all....

After the way I have been treated by local police and the State and Federal government I NO LONGER TRUST MY GOVERNMENT - ANY OF IT.

I can understand the guy's point. The thing I'm having problems with is now some hotdog congressperson is using his use of an airplane- (that HE owned and had every right to use as a licensed pilot) to cause the morons at DHS/TSA to "step-up" their security. Even though they can force an airport to hire a convicted felon and demand he get full security area access, they're going to hammer on security at the general avaition level.

I do not disagree with you, but Joe Stack is not a hero.
I read his 6 page rant and he created most of his own problems. I have lived through both an IRS audit as well as a sales tax audit of my business. Yes the rules are complicated but not too complicated to follow. If you don’t follow the rules you can’t complain about the consequences. Stack to me sounds like a typical guy looking to blame his all his problems on everyone else.
The end of his rant says all you need to know about him.

What gets me about your response is this - if you get audited and are OK with the outcome - so be it. But on the other hand - if you found the government to be at fault and they owed YOU - You would have a snowballs chance in hell of recovering any monies, much less penalties and interest. The government is so one sided against it's citizens and above the laws it's citizens have to live by that you have to wonder WHY? Why is it all one way in the governments favor? Why should the government have the right to seize your assets if they do not agree with you (wether they are right or wrong)? Is that right or fair?
No - the government does not give a shit about you or me. All they want is their FUCKING MONEY so they can give it to some over fucking paid executive who drives his corporation into the ground. I am sorry - but screw you and your love for the government. I can not disagree with you more. The sons of bitches nearly put me in the hospital for two thousand measly fucking dollars when I only earned 5 grand that year - and they bail out the big corporations while I struggle to stay afloat. This country has had it, there is NO recovery, the progressives dominate every theater of the .gov and have painstakingly rigged the entire game in their favor from ground up over the last ~100 years....
they run the universities, the courts, the legislatureS, the executives, and there is no turning back now......even IF constitutional .gov advocates took over both houses of congress and repealed all this silliness from over the last 50 years, even something as simple as killing the EPA, think for a second that IF that happened, some damn judge can't be found by some lawyer, who will rule that act unconstitutional?? or divvy up the EPA functions into say the Dept of Justice to some snail darter has the same 'rights' as a person???....
what is worst of all is allowing islamics into this country, total unfettered expansion of their cave man society....what happens in 20 years when they reach 40% of the population??
the .gov from school janitor to prez/USA are just something to ignore best we can, and vote for the most conservative candidate we can find in any given primary or election.....trouble is, the system is rigged between commie and commie light, that are the only two brands of people we can vote for with damn few exceptions....
