A guy said this today

A guy owning a GM van was talking to a bunch of other guys among myself, that when he had to take a seat out of the car that it would be a little wonder if he could get it back in the car in the same spot. He said all US cars are like that.

We had a good laugh about that, but I was thinking there is some truth to this. My vette seems to be made to be put together at the factory but to never go apart again.

I think to put the seat back in the original car is not a problem.
Problem is when you use another seat, hood door etc from another Vette and try to fit it in there.
Not sure it's all going to be ''bolt on''.
