Has anyone installed 2010 Camaro mirrors on a c3?

I have not, but I am more of a purist. What year C3 are you thinking about doing this to and why?

i like the original mirrors but They move in while driving down the road
was looking for something that would look like it was made for the 69
also have had them for near 40 years and I would like something different

I haven't done it but most modern rear view mirrors would probably have limited visibility (because they are too close to the door).
