Yet another newbie question...:tomato:
A guy nearby my place is selling a full set of almost new gasamatic shocks for camaro/firebird.
Would they fit my 76 corvette, and if so, would they be better than the stock set?

Those shocks are at the low end of the Monroe line(Gas-Matic)...like 15 to 20usd each. Never tried them, but I would think that they would be ok for normal street driving. For that price, I don't think that I would expect much.

Get the PN off the shocks and check to see if they are the right ones. 55906 and 55850 per advance auto web site.
