The guy that is doing that to the Lincoln is the designer for Confederate Motorcycle. He has won a awards for the Hellcat:

Looks like he gave up on Confederate after Katrina. It's a shame, he is a great designer.

I remember him from being a contributing editor to "The Horse" (formerly 'Iron Horse' until lawyers smelled money). He built some really interesting stuff, including a flathead 80 Harley which he also drove to Bonneville to run. I don't remember the outcome, but that was not a particularly succesful trip either.
Too bad about the Confederate, they are ass-kickin' bikes. But this is not the first time he's had the rug yanked out from under him, he'll pick himself up & make something good happen again.

Confederate is still around. I think they moved to Alabama.

The designer didn't go with them when they moved. Stayed behind in New Orleans.
