There are charts of the color codes of the gears used, both on the tranny part, the DRIVE gears, and the DRIVEN speedo gear that flips the cable over....
the trick is, to know the OEM ratio, and then add or subtract the teeth on the driven gear, and hope to not need take the tranny apart to change DRIVE gear inside it....
but then again, to also prove the speeds correct with a GPS unit....be amazed ow far that shit is, screw the mechanical calculations....
GPS rules the roost....
so if you are say 15% off, you need speed up or slo down the speedo by 15%, so to add/subtract teeth on the driven gears to get the speeds correct....
now to know, the speedometers are over indicating by many MPH at the upper levels....MY speedo is correct up to 70 dead nutz on....
