Anyone wishing to do something radical might try this.

One of his lessons he learned - Bondo is harder to shape than foam! DOOOH!

Technique -Only: If you want to use a similar approach for building a "Plug" - a male mold as he did - use Dry Wall plaster - aka mud. It is much easier to sand and shape. No concerns with melting foam if you get the wrong resin/hardner. Follow up with a quick spray with high build primer. You will be ready much quicker and with less frustration when building a male mold. A lot of dust - but smooth finish.

Wow, not a big fan of the trophy trucks personally. But that turned out really well for some guy working in his garage. I need to learn from that thread.
