I took the front bumper off my DD and fixed a few scratches, cracks and painted it. Yesterday I learned that 92F is too hot to paint outside in the afternoon sun

It's going to take 800 grit to get the surface smooth, obviously the clearcoat cured too fast due to the high temperature and didn't 'flow' .... I added slow reducer to the clear to slow it down but it didn't help much.
When I saw that it's not very smooth I added another coat so that there enough clear to wetsand with 800grit, then up to 2000...
It does look better than what I started with on Saturday:
