More steeroids mods

Hey Marck, I was thinking about the Steeroids universal steering shaft setup. I still feel a slight bump when turning the shaft indicating a slight bind. It started me thinking, Why can't something like the ball universal used in the universal ball compact drive below? Would something like it offer a better degree of freedom?

Yes, a uv joint would be so much nicer. You can get similar setups from flaming river,... I had been thinking about those myself:
