Most of you may know this, I did not know the right questions to ask, but, I finally found the answer. I had this issue with old engine and big time problem with the new engine. Fuel was boiling after even a short run, and continuing to flow into carb, talking about stinking up the basement.

1" Phenolic Spacer, then thanks to a friend that had an old heat reflector plate that fits under carb. VIOLA! What a difference, carb will idle even when super hot. NO more boiling fuel, no more horrible smell after shut down.

Thought I would share in case someone else may be having same issues.
