TT, Control Arms!

I'm going to build my friend some control arms. How did you do it using rod/ rod end? Any pics for inspiration?

I made a jig and then used solid sleeves w/ teflon liners, inserted the cross shafts and then made a ball joint mounting pad, bolted to the jig and went from there w/ tubing. I don't have any pics of how I did it.
