I have autocad civil 3d 2008 if that will work

I can download any other program autocad has for free also if I need a different one to open it and change some things

They're solidwork models, not autocad. it won't work like that, also it's not a single model but dozens combined in an assembly. I'd have to convert them to something like step or iges.
