Whats up with SS sleeved calipers, do you buy the sleeves and insert them or do you need a complete upgrade of the caliper?

The caliper needs to be machined and the sleeve pressed in, buy the calipers.

no, the main issue is the cast iron bore, it will rust & pit, compromising the seal. No seal in the world will seal a pitted bore.
