I'm new to site and new to Corvettes,though I always loved them !! Last year I purchased a 81 Coupe, black, with original small block 350 from Hobby Corvettes in Martinsburg PA, great folks ! Just wanted to say hello and that i'll probably be bugging the "Vett Veterans" for advice from time to time ! Hopfully this link works...

he was my old club guru back 20 years ago....Corvette Club of America, NCCC club #1 ....oldest in the nation/world....

Thanks sir.. Rust problems? My cross drilled slotted rotors (new) seem to have gotten rusty though.. no other rust on the car.. I just spoke to Tony not so long ago.. I was having an oil leak and he wanted to take a look at it for me.. again, i'm very new to Corvettes.. Always wanted one but couldn't afford one, kids, wife, etc ! lol.. Now the kid is out of school and working and most importantly out of my house and wallet ! lol.. I actually get alot of request for me to join clubs but I do not think my car is worthy yet..

YGTBFKM.....THAT club was SO supportive of my used '87 and then my oddball '72 ex show car and so rather modified, and the further mods I was doing.....I rather seriously doubt the culture has changed, even after 20 years man....if you own a vette, you are by definition a HOTRODDER....CASE CLOSED!!!!......:nuts::nuts::club:
