Star of Kung Fu,Kill Bill but my favorite was
Death Race 2000,
where he played "Frankenstein"
(he could shift gears in 1/25th of a second!!:amazed
and his car was a cross between a C3 and a dragon (possibly
one of the reasons I always wanted a Vette LOL).
Very funny film (with Stallone too).

He did a good job in North and South...death race 2000 looks pretty lame. He died in a hotel in Thailand...the circumstances are not surprising.
