where can I get a lightweight one piece fiberglass roof shell?

Cut the roof off a hardtop. Maybe check with the company that still makes hard tops, smooth-line. I bought a gutted HT for $150, it is pretty light.

Or, check with the guy making carbon fiber parts.

Better yet, try Duntov. Looks like they have a lightweight HT.
