Phantom of the Opera
It seems my stockish '72 vette exhaust that has been on the car for some 15 years on/off.....has finally started the internal death rattle in the muffler on the driver's bank....
I had a set of Thrush pipe type 'cherry bomb' on there for a while, but that 1800 rpm DRONE go to me, so the stock system went back on....
With PRICE being important, what is a good muff that sounds tuff, and NO resonance at that annoying 1800 rpm peak???
I have a H pipe behind the tranny 2.5" pipes...headers, not that it matters....
