Gov Brown and JP Morgan

I've always liked the (naive) idea that government only gets to spend the money it's collected, raised, or earned.

Governments' solution to all this nonsense will be to dump a couple of million dollars into a study that tells us what we already know, and/or puts such a dizzying spin on things that it requires a new multi-million dollar investigation.:pprrtt:

This made me laugh and cry at the same time:

Mike

Now there will be a study to figure out the proper way to do a study.....thing is, these politicians don't give a shit that it's not their money that is being spent.

They never have in MY lifetime.....more interested in their own selves becoming millionaires while in office....

Another angle of view:
If California has 37 million people, then that is 10% of the US population.
Therefore, the 16 billion California budget shortfall = 160 billion federal shortfall.
Don't we wish that is all the US was behind?:goodnight:

Econimics is a fascinating subject to me. One of the best introduction books is Economics In One Lesson.
