early ford banjo rear end?

I have a 32 ford v8 rear end banjo style. Is this worth saving or should I send it to the scrap yard? Could this be converted to a "halibrand" style qwik change & put in a c3 in a reasonable manner? Hot rodders please chime in.

Never ever throw anything from a '32 Ford away. Someone out there will give you big money for it
