We got the tour of Magnaflow this morning. I have never seen Elizabeth so excited to be in a shop before...Richard was wonderful and he gave us a tour of the shop and explained everything in detail to Elizabeth. She was amazed at the robot and the whole shop in general. Magnaflow has an amazing shop, and after the tour, Elizabeth had no reservations about leaving our 80 there.
That is one company that has it all !

Not at all. Magnaflow used my 81 as the prototype for a new exhaust system last year. However, since mine has a 700-R tranny, they had to measure my old crossmember and project where a stock exhaust would go.
Being the perfectionist Richard is, he called me looking for another late C-3 model to verify the design. This time, it had to be bone stock. I then notified Doug of the deal.
I believe the new 2 1/2" SS exhaust to be available very shortly.
Rumor has it that they MAY be also holding an all generation Corvette gathering similar to Bird Fest 1 this spring. I'll let you know if it happens.
