I had them CNC punched. If there are enough people who want them I can probably have them laser cut from alu or even stainless.... would be cheaper to have it done over there though w/ shipping and all

All you need to do is take the file to the local steel supplier in your area and have them cut it on their cnc water jet,plasma,lazer

You can also print it out full size for a pattern and use a hole saw to get most of the job done. Then just sand until the gauges fit stuggly. I made mine out of 16g steel and it went well. Cost me maybe $35 for a hole saw and a sheet of 16g. Just make sure you print it out full size (check the measurements against print out). I had a little trouble with this at first, but eventually got it.
