M22 Muncie. It was attached to a bolt that came off the bellhousing. I wonder if someone had used it to keeo some of the cables back out of the way.
We got it dropped in yesterday, bloody thing fought us every millimeter of the way. Had a feeling that things might not go smoothly when I was cleaning the carb and an air bleed fell out (Edel Performer). I bought the carb as a reman'd to be used to get through the season when my Holley leaked. That was quite a few years ago. The carb worked, didn't leak or have any issues but was never really thrilled with it. I've separated the top and bottom of the carb and still not exactly sure where that air bleed came out of or more importantly how to put it back in.
For some reason I find the new Street Demon interesting and have heard mostly good things about them. Don't know anyone personally who uses one just read reviews on various forums. It's either this is or a new Holley. I'm not planning on running 1/4's anymore now just fun cruising.
