96 Ford F-150 Xlt 4x4

Somethen to play with in the snow & throw $ at . The frame is in good shape so Im 3/4 of the way there.

What engine is in there?? I have a 2000 F150 with the 5.4 in it, and engine won't start, did the timing chains/guides/oil pump trick, and the front suspension.....but now after a month or so, engine cranks, but no start, no fuel pressure.....been searching on a chat group....and it's a long list to check.....

Got the killer 302,Iron Block & heads,It's pushen 200k miles now.Mostly org x'cept for the usual Maintance crap & tires.I'll post a link to the truck forum I use if your not on it already.
