General Information
Had this car since i was 19.
It has seen many differenct configurations of powertrain:
427 400hp tripower / 700r4 / 4.10 - many many trips down the drag strip this way.
Best et 13.3 @1600 ft elevation with street tires (dunlop GT Qualifier 295/50r15) ... consistent as hell ... won lots of jackpot races with this configuration.
427 / dart 320 aluminum heads / 700r4 / - shifting at 7500rpm. Best et 12.0 @ 1600 ft with street tires.
454 / 700r4 / 4.10 - back up motor when the 427 comes unglued at the race track.
427 finally broke beyond repair in 98 and the car sat in the garage for 10 years.
in 2008 decided to make the car mobile again and installed a 620hp 572 crate engine .... and that started the fever. (fever = spending lots of money).

PPG Glass roofs - M1131 roofs are just a royal pain in the ass.

Changed from white exterior to black
Stripped paint off of trim and polished the stainless to look like 78 trim
The black stripe picture was made with some 28x12 Mickey Thompson Sportsman SR Tirs ... these things are REALLY greasy and not recomended for any high horsepower car ..... I have only put down a few snakes on the highway since i put the Nitto's on and never had my camera with me ... will add once i get some good pics.
I would like to give special recognition to gary (GTR1999) ... for helping on the 12 bolt mod and supplying me with toms parts ... tom is not to willing to work with across border customers.... THANKS GARY!!!!
I would like to Kick ECKLERS right square in the arshole ... for not warranting parts that were a couple years old but never used .. if you are in a slow build they will not do good on defective parts... when i think of the thousands i spent with them it makes me sick that they will not do good and a window motor or a vanity mirror ...
