May need to re-think Flame Paint Jobs: This looks like the "Wrong End." Or, just re-entry heat? ;) Cheers - Jim

Texas Big Bend Open Road Race: Corvette ZR1 reached 213 mph during its record-setting run. Heat from straight pipes caused the rear bumper to melt. The tuned Corvette produces 30 % more power than stock. This heavily modified C7/ZR1 claimed a new record. But will need some body work for all...

Where's That HORSE? My purpose in using the steering wheel analogy was to demonstrate; it means little whether force is applied to the left or right side, up or down tangentially, the result is the same. That result is at the steering shaft (think point of rotation). And the direction of the...

Yeah, I just finished a 2 day experience with ChatGpt. It was useful and saved me a bunch of research time. But, it seems like the tagline: "AI responses may include mistakes. " is often appropriate. Cheers - Jim

rtj - Once again - "You made me look!" You'll have to bring the receipts. I can't find a credible reference. I did a dive on TOO many links to be convinced. - As we'd say: Prove me wrong!/Change my Mind!* EXCEPT for one case. That would be; INBOARD brakes mounted to the CHASSIS. In that...

My guess - lowered the chassis and kept full range of suspension movement? Looks like a "mini" spoiler? NO Wing? Maybe saw a Diffuser in the last frame or 2. Belly pan? Full qualified cage? Not quite a GS - Could be much- much fun. Cheers - Jim

How many times have you thought "How did I mess that measurement up?"

Makes me wonder; how close the 40" "yardstick" from HF is. Also the Tape-on measurement guides you can purchase for the bench. I suppose if you picked one, and just used it every measurement would be "Equally off" - UNLESS the scale changes as the length. That would be BAD. Cheers - Jim

Weight reduction: Running out of ideas.

Caught my interest. Best I could find (short search) was for C6 Corvette. Had to zip. Just about 100 items. Might be vaguely interesting/useful. Maybe more out there. I used to have an uprights list from the Locost Build sites, etc. Cheers - Jim

Just a thought - and across town: On FB. listed as John Chase for $200. Looks like could use some work - but lightweight? Disregard - weight more than the "79 seat - maybe. Cheers - and happy hunting! Jim
