Has it been that long already. WoW.
I have not really been on the forum itself much. Mainly just the pm function lol. But Keister promised everything under the sun but did not deliver. If you look at what they posted they blame everything and everyone for there downfall instead of where there...
Well I am not going to rehash everything for the previous years as there are lots of threads on the subject to be found even though savewave did remove a good many of them to help support Keister.
But you could ask a few of the 500+ that have recently lost out not to mention many of them that...
Oh by the way if you like and trust Keister so much you can invest in No trade shares with his so called new start company. But you might as well burn the funds first or better yet give it to the needy at least that way you can write it off.
Yep Redvetracr got it. And also booting members...
Sad to say nothing is really cheap now. You can get the Lakewood Bellhousing that will adapt the T-5 to the chevy. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/LAK-15060/ But it is not cheap at $429.95 US. So it would depend on what other parts you can find used or for a cheap price.
On the Corvette...
Save your funds do not mess with a T45. There are no new parts out there for them so you have to find used and they will not shift nearly as well as the T5 and also the T45 does not like high rpm shifts.
Even the T45 ones Keister has are rebuilt with used parts but with a new input shaft with...
I have had doubts about the bow tie cross member as the tube they use is so small. I might be way off base but I think the people at GM would have felt that they would have saved money by using less material to produce the cross member they would have.
I have been helping a friend for years with automotive stuff of which he is BIG into. But the problem is that he is a GENIUS lol. No really he is a genius. And I think that is where lies the problem. It took a long time to help him to understand even if he does purchase the most expensive and...
It might be a bit late lol. But I am having a manual valve body put into my Turbo 400 while in for a good rebuild.
Eventually this will go behind my 468 BB in my 73 with a 3000 Stahl TQ back to 3.73 gears. :)
The only thing I can think of that might cause such a problem is maybe the trans is out of alignment with the engine. Check your alignment pins to be sure there is no binding and things line up correctly.
Have the case cut for a bolt on bell bellhousing. Much Stronger. :) I have done so with a Turbo 350 and 400 so you should be able to do it with your trans I would think.
With all of the BS and bad information on other forums such as CF I do not understand why Vette Mod is not more active? Maybe we are not growing due to the low activity but I am not sure. I know there is some good information here to say the least even if most of us are NUTS lol.
So maybe we...
