A friend and I are wanting to have a go at fabricating some caliper brackets for my 82 project. The C6 Z06 calipers would fit in terms of thickness and bolt pattern, but the hat is too shallow. Are there any oem applications out there that are large rotors that are a bolt on in terms of rotors?

Unfortunately, I have done some measuring and the z06 calipers won't clear my wheels without big spacers, which will push my wheels outside my flares. The Wilwood and Baer calipers clear just fine.

I have continued to explore this and it pretty much looks like I have no choice but to go with a Wilwood of Baer kit. The Z06 calipers will never clear my rims without huge spacers.
