Just bought "Corvette chassis restoration technique", starting to make my bolt shopping list.
However they don't mention the grades of the bolts.
All grade 8, I doubt so, I read somewhere for exemple that the trailing arm to frame bolt was supposed to be grade 5, to allow some flexibility.
I also doubt that fuel/brake clamp bolt needs to be grade 8.

I'd like to find info about what should and what shouldn't be grade 8.

hum.... maybe I should look a the pattern on top of the bolts, from a bolt vendor catalog I see that grade 5 bolt as a 3 branch "star" pattern while grade 8 has a 6 branch "star" pattern.
Still, some bolt have a 5 branch pattern and I'm having a hard time believing body mounts are grade 5 bolt....

OH hell yeh, 5 is plenty there,.....only bolts I have a whole lot of respect for is engine assy bolts....con rods, heads, mains, the like...

5 "star" bolts are SAE grade 7 which probably can't be found these days. The body mounts dont have supply much clamping force (just squeezing the rubber mounts). So grade 5 is probably overkill for them.

The bolts that were supplied in the mount kit I bought were grade 8

While shopping for bolt, the difference in price between grade 5 and grade 8 was insignificant. So a bunch of bolt have been upgraded.
