HD video of a B17 in Arizona

Thanks for sharing love those warbirds!

There's a Mitchell B25 crash site couple of hours drive from us. We drove to it this spring, but the hike was to hard for my old feet. It was on a night training mission near Bedford VA. You can google sharp mountain VA B25 or Bedford B25 bomber crash. Interesting information. They put a memorial at the sight, honoring the crew.

There's a small air museum at Mecham Field in Fort Worth that does restorations on old war planes. I was there about 2 years ago and they were in the middle of rebuilding the P&W Turbo Supercharged radial engine. The guy was really forthcoming and he took my dad and I back to the engine machine room where he had the guts laid out on a table. Those are some big ass pistons and valves!! It was fricking awesome.. one of my highlights while I've lived in Texas.
