A warning to my vette friends

Thanks for the well wishes. She just told me the therapist is pleased with her progress and they have her set up to remove the wound vac from her hip in the morning so she should be going home by Wed.:yahoo:

I asked my brother in law about the shields and he said the skatter shield was in place and the shield and flywheel were sfi approved. Doesn't sound like there will be any liability issues. She was just in the wrong place and hopefully the track will do the right thing and not allow anyone else to stand near the burnout area.

Guys, I started this thread to educate everyone so this doesn't happen to you or your loved ones. My sister was very lucky and your thoughts and prayers are appreciated. Please be careful!
