Not very stock indeed.... Look who's sayin that...

I gotta get this finished before the police are all to young to remember... :smash:

The Watkins Glen Vintage Weekend is coming up.... thats my next outing..

I think my upload issue is this Linux box I use for web and work... I will dig out a win 7 system and try from there...

Pics updated...

here are some pics...

notice the suspension is in the zero camber gain setting for straight line work ... I can move the top links to set the IC at infinity  Just need to weld them on... though I haven't really needed it as I haven't really pushed the handling in corners into 4th, 5th or 6th...

do you have flared fenders? my wheels are 8.5 inch those look pretty big , I'm wondering if they would go right on, any thoughts? thanks

Mark, looking at some of your pictures, I would think seriously about replacing or modifying that RamJet Bell Crank supplied with the 502 RamJet GM engine throttle kit. Mine stuck partially open due to the lack of an bearing surface. Almost took out a guardrail. I modified mine using some sleeve bearing washers. My Things to Do list has me replacing the whole thing with a better one.

Yeah... I greased mine with PTFE paste initially cause it was so sloppy.... I will make a brass pin with an e-clip grove and rifle drill it... eventually... I also run a bit fairly heavy secondary spring 'cause it worried me...

On a positive note though... I got out my Miller Synchrowave TIG and practiced up..

Redesigned my heim joint rear spring link rods and TIG'ed them up real nice... ready to install... now I want to move my radiator and lay int down in front and tig up some aluminum hard radiator hard lines when I install my Lemans headlights... I got pulled over twice last summer at night by cops thinking is was only driving with fog lights..

and I think it goes better with the direction I am taking the car... :D

yeah I have aftermarket body work... the rears are 6 inches wider than stock on each side... the fronts are 3 inches wider...

my rear rims are 12 inches wide with 4.5" back space. I got a rear spring from Dick Guldstrand that is like 2" narrower than stock too

you could get 275's on 8.5 all the way around or maybe 295 on the rear on 10 inch...
