And I'm going to keep it. My buddy build a 388 for his 33 chevy coupe and he now wants to put the 283 back in so its my lucky day!

I wuz thinking of the 357 you must have pulled to convince him to give it up.....:smash::lol:

some guys don't need a gun......is it a roller engine?? how many miles on it?? 1/4 mile at a time???:lol: I have heard of a 377? but not a 388, any idea how it was built??

Just some cash did it. roller rockers...He didn't race it but I should see 11S easy 1500 miles... stroked and bored 350... He built it he owns a motor shop in Springfield.
