Early/late C4 steering racks: Interchangable?

I've got a '92 rack laying around (left over from my suspension transplant into the '69). Trying to decide whether (if possible) to keep it as a spare for my '84, or sell it. I'm under the impression that the ratio changed over the years, too. Is that correct?

Dimension wise it should be bolt in. I'm not exactly sure what the exact differences were but didn't the 84 FE7 cars have a quick ratio rack? Different from the others? I had a Z51/ FE7 84 many moons ago and it had a quick ratio rack. It was 2 turns lock to lock, I'm pretty sure others were 2.5 turns.

The later racks (90+???) also came with a steering oil cooler.
