Crazy Wipers on 82 ???

I have researched and found that on the later C3's the relay for intermittent wipers has a part that goes bad, behind pass seat. Does anyone have part number (transistor I think). and / or pictures of the repair? Wipers go into a spasm after cut off, up and down until key is cut off. I understand that this whole relay part cannot be replaced but has to be repaired.

Oh what fun, at the rate I am going, by the time I am 80 y.o. I may actually have a pretty reliable '82. LOL :clobbered:
