CPI intake manifold

Was wandering around my favorite junkyard today when I saw a late SBC in a pile of engines. The upper half of the CPI manifold was removed, but the lower part was still there. The lower part looks like a big port version of the CFI manifold. I'm just trying to figure out a possible use for the manifold, with a custom fabricated top.

Or, perhaps this manifold lower portion might be a reasonable upgrade for those who are retaining CFI.

Yes, it does resemble a big crossram. Guys of the CFI forum discussed it once too.
