c4 aftermarket headlights

o.k. this should be easy for most of you tech types , where can i find aftermarket projector headlights that do not flip up, ridgid mount?

If you have a catalog from a couple years ago...ecklers, MAD, whatever..they were in there. I think they were called lemans lights.
