I appreciate the info/suggestions, guys. I'll check to see if there's any access holes in a '69, and I might make a little pullrod to hook onto the left side release lever. :thumbs:
Managed to get the hood released (twice). I was pulling and pushing on the hood scoop while rapidly banging up and down on the right rear corner. The hood released and snapped up, but I was pushing on the damn thing faster than I could process the hood status, and damn I didn't push the hood right back down and latch it again. :cussing: Played around some more with the same tactic (but slower), and got the corner unlatched again. I'll tweak the adjustments a little more, and try again.
