Anybody here a photoshop expert?

I've never used it and don't have the program. For any of you that know it well can it manipulate things, like facial features? I have rhinoplasty coming up next month and I would really like to get an idea of what my nose might look like when done.
If so and you wouldn't mind doing a little work I would like to send a couple of pics privately and let you see what you can do. Please PM me.
