    I dont think that they are or side pipes, as this was not an option for the 68 model. Are these clips, or brackets, not attached to anything on yours?

    Door sill clips

    I am refurbishing the birdcage in my 68 convertible. Hence I noticed that there is supposed to be 3 clips each side at the door sill reinformenct channel. Marked #5 in attached drawing. I only have one clip each side up front. What is the purpose of these clips, and do I need them?

    Thanks for your reply GTR1999 My rear diff is stamped AO, so I asume its with positrac. I'm building a moderate 383 stroker engine so the rear should handle about 450lbft. Based on your reply I asume that it should not be a problem. I will appreciate if you can assist with parts when I got it...

    Rear Diff Questions 82

    I will have to overhaul the rear diff of my 68. Leaking all over, and expect that the disc's are worn as well. Where is a good place for spares of good quality? I haven't open it yet, but both C-clips are broken of the side yoke. Should I expect any damages to the shaft ends? Lars

    Engine stand plan

    Hi there Seeing earlier post where engine hoists and stands have to be reinforced and added stronger wheels, I consider to fabricate a stand by my self. Though cutting and welding is not a problem, I would appreciate if someone already did one and a have a plandrawing to share. BR Lars
