    Fuel Cell or tank mod?

Have you looked at the documentation for the selected pump? They will have minimum fuel line sizes specified - any smaller and your warranty will be voided. All the calculations have been done for you already. The only calc you need to do is figure out what HP you want to generate, then you pick...

    E-85 solved??

AFAIK to maximize performance from E85 you need to: - increase the amount of fuel - advance the spark - increase the compression ratio EFI computers can do the first two electronically. If your car is super / turbo charged, then the compression ratio can be increased too. If it's normally...

    EFI conversions and fuel lines....

:withstupid: Don't know why you would want to locate the regulator in the rear. How would you adjust it? Lay on your back with the engine running? ;) Put the regulator as close to the fuel rails as possible. Most regulators require a return line to be as efficient as possible.

Me and Doug Gonna Rock it Like It's Hot

Can you just declare it as a 1969? :amused:

    Crank triggers....dumb question.....

Don't be afraid to put a crank trigger on a street machine. I've had mine in for around 4 years. Rocks? Unless your engine isn't in an engine compartment, rocks stand almost no chance of hitting the crank. The tires are on the sides and don't throw anything in the vicinity. Snow? Get serious -...

    Crank triggers....dumb question.....

Four holes (or magnets in the case of MSD) is enough, but maybe they provide 8 so you can position the distributor in an optimum location or something similar... ?? Or maybe that same plate can be used for a 6 or 4 cyl. engine... ??

Eaton efi blower for sbc? (pics)

Who knows? It might fit...got an extra 10-11 inches? My hood clears by a good 3 inches or so. Once you get rid of that darn carb, it's surprising how much room you have. Even though this graphic is old, you can get a feel for the size...

Eaton efi blower for sbc? (pics)

Here's a page from one of the dyno runs from 4 years ago. It was the first time the engine had run. It was also the first time I had used the C950. Of course, I had no idea what I was doing... ;) I just wanted to get the engine running before I took it home from the builder, and make sure...

Eaton efi blower for sbc? (pics)

Yes - it works out perfectly with the cowl type hood to get air from that high pressure area at the base of the windshield. The throttle body is made by Whipple and is GM compatible. All GM parts fit it, such as temp sensors, TPS, IAC, etc. It appears to be carved out of one big chunk of...

I agree - why not use it? Just because Chevy makes a new car this year doesn't mean your 2 year old car is no good. Also, there's nothing to support. The firmware has already been upgraded several times and is pretty much bullet-proof.

    Here's mine...It fits easily under my L88 hood. I'm using eight 64lb injectors. I'm pushing 700hp & 750lb/ft at around 8psi. With a 3.3liter s/c, it's just loafing...

    O2 sensors...

Most of the cost of your FIRST WB sensor is in the controller/power box. I bought a replacement WB sensor last year for about $40. A big advantage of WB sensors is that you can use one to tune your system to something other than 14.7:1 A/F. Max power is at around 12.6:1 and max economy is...

Welding a sump on the fuel tank

That should work well, but I'm not sure about the widely spaced inlets. On a hard corner, one of them might get uncovered earlier than a single centralized one.
