It was a dirty job...... but someone as to do it!
Now the final configuration :
The cage have 8 connecting points to the frame and is fully bolted.
It is possible to take out it from the car in 4 pieces.
The effect of the cage is a huge stiffening of the frame, I was able to...
Only very few bends are ok for a C3 !!!
Be prepared to modify nearly any bend.... anyway the bigger part of the job is done, I only need the side bars and the connections to the front suspensions!
Everything is bolted in order to be able to podwer coat it.

Sunday, during our Corvette Day 2010, I make a real test of my suspension system:
Very good result!
:1st: First time in the handling circuit...... 0.2" faster than the second (a C6 Z06 from Swisse) and faster than any other Corvette!

Nobody use CV-joints in the driveshaft?
I'm trying to find some CV-joint to be used in my driveshaft...... it should be the definitive solution for any vibration issue.
I'm pretty happy with my TKO600..... but no way to reach the right angles in my car and the result is some small vibration...

Nice thing..... it is a digital advance system designed to work with boxes like MSD 6AL and so on.
Can be programmed with a PC.... and have a lot of gadget!
