Ok. The late model LT1 is now done and installed in the 68. I would like some guidance on the fuel system. I do not want to change gas tanks or install an "in tank" fuel pump. I want to use an external/inline pump.
What are your suggestions for:

Still debating on putting the original Turbo 400 in the 68 Vert with the late model LT! or going with an OD tranny. Found this 700R4 at a fairly good price out of a 99 Chevy pickup. Will it work? And what all would have to be modified/changed for it to go in the 68? Thanks!

Accidently started a pissing match over at that other place about whether my 94 LT1 I'm putting into the 68 Vette is internally or externally balanced. Which is it? If externally balanced, do I need a weighted flexplate for the Turbo 400?
Folks...still looking for a more modern 350 for my 68 Project. Found a 94 LT1 from a Buick Roadmaster with computer and wiring. What are the differences between GM models in these later years? Need advice as I need to make a decision sooner than later...thanks:crap:
