There are some products specifically for removing adhesives. I have used GooBeGone but never on plastic.

That valve works good,we had them on our trucks. They won't release until you step on the brake pedal again. I've also seen a ratchet setup on the brake pedal , just like a tractor. Have any of you seen the one that uses a cable coming from the hand brake that pulls on the foot brake pedal ?

Are any of you guys familiar with the internal workings of the switch, specifically the plunger that pushes the tiny contact at the bottom of the switch to set off the key buzzer ?

This car came in last night for some tweaking. Its a sweet car , thought I would share. Pretty rare. I took some more pics but they all came out too dark , didn't realize the camera battery was getting low.

What makes them so finicky ? Some days I'm really impressed with what you can do with them (like finding a dead cylinder by shooting the exhaust manifold) and then other days they just act stupid. Short story...we bought an old park model trailer in Fl to use as our winter getaway (snowbirds)...

Maybe you can tap the brass insert ,put in a machine screw with a nut and washer,tighten the nut and it should pull the insert out.
