Posi clutch set up in differential?

Is there a spec for getting the correct shim thickness in the rear end posi clutches. This is my first rear end rebuild and the best answer I get is assemble with lube on the clutches. If you cant turn independently, remove shims. If your arm doesn't feel like jello after a few dozen revolutions, add shims.

Thanks, I actually read a text version of that but good to see the force required with the correct shim thickness.
