I went to close my hood today...

ARGH! Bolted the fuel line on today - the air filter fits now but the fuel filter will foul the heater hose fitting in the intake manifold!

I might snip the banjo off just before the pipe bends 90* and use a flare nut and sleeve and run flexible line up to the banjo that way :banghead:

I moved my fuel filter to the front of the engine down low, under my fuel pressure regulator.:thumbs:

I don't mind having to move stuff around but it's the associated pain-in-the-arse waiting for parts. I can't find anyone out here that sells Aeroquip or Earl's fittings etc so it's at least a 2 week wait for parts to arrive once I've ordered them.

Now that I've got that hard line fitted, if I want to move the filter further away, I'll need to make up a short flexible hose. I have the hose to do that but don't have any -6AN male adapters or hose ends to go into the hard line.

Just me griping, don't worry about it...
