Interesting design for 1980 and history. Used a rear transaxle. So IMSA made it run in GTX. From what I've read, they said it was hard to drive.

It's ugly as sin LOL, the chassis looks quite similar to the blue/yellow John Paul corvette

It even has the clutch in the back, something the c5/6 does not have

You never miss any details. Spot on. The front clip was a copy of the GW cars on the GTX car. They made some changes to the a-arms. The transaxle parts were from an Indy McLaren M-24. I think the car next to it is a exact copy that RJV raced. Hard to tell by the pictures. Built by Rick Hays. I dont know who he was?
