Firewall out

Well finished work early today and started on the removal of the firewall.

Things went pretty well took about an hour and didnt break anything LOL

all under the watchfull eye of my little friend Brandy who has no idea what's going on but has the bad habit of steeling my screwdrivers and make me run after her. LOL
She's about to grab the one in front of her.

Theres rust but I think the birdcage is in much better condition than I expected.
I tough I would find worse than that.

Real happy about that. Solid car.


Now I'm a little puzzled about this one.

Theres a hole in the lower rear part of the birdcage.

I think I'll need to take out this cover and the rocker cover to get to it and weld a new piece.

Or maybe just make a cut into it and reglass it after the weld is done.

Next time i come I'll give you a crash course.
If I was you I'd post everything in one single thread, it will be easier for you and us to track the progress.

Ha haha you know me and computers huh?
I'm lucky my office window is closed because sometimes, I could just throw the fn?%$# computer into the pool LOL
 
wow, you were busy :)

doesn't look too bad, some rust but nothing too serious. keep the updates coming :thumbs:
